Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible to return or exchange items within 21 days of receiving your order. To return your order or exchange items, the item(s) must be unused/unworn and with the original tags attached.

Additional Information

• We offer free returns for KSA customers.

• It may take up to 5 business days for your exchange or refund to be processed.

• We are not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

• We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments (outside of the GCC). International customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

• All sales items are non-refundable only eligible for exchange to a different size or a store voucher for the value of your item.
